About SRT Services
I founded Sal's Reliable Transportation Services (SRT Services) in 2017, right in the middle of a major turning point in my life. At the time, I was working as a mini-float driver for a trucking company that was about to shut down. I had built strong relationships with the customers I served—especially with the company men from ConocoPhillips, which at the time was known as Concho. They encouraged me to keep going on my own. Their trust, support, and belief in me gave me the push I needed to take a leap of faith—and that's how SRT Services was born.

From day one, I’ve built this company on hard work and integrity. That mindset helped me earn a solid reputation in the oilfield transportation industry. What started with just me and a truck has grown into a full-scale operation with over 50 pieces of equipment and a fleet that can handle hotshot, vacuum, winch, and rental services. No matter how much we’ve grown, every job we take on is still grounded in the same core values: honesty, work ethic, and doing right by our customers.
I’ve worked hard to bring together people who share the same drive, values, and passion for growth. Like anyone else, I’ve had my share of ups and downs learning the ins and outs of running a company, but I keep showing up every day—leading by example and doing my best to grow not just as a business owner, but as a mentor. At SRT, we’re not just in the transportation business—we’re helping build better futures. I truly believe God put me here for a purpose: to create opportunity, empower others, and serve our customers with excellence.
